Aerosol Research and Engineering Labs, Inc. ("ARE Labs") uses this website to describe testing services, publish technical resources, and receive project inquiries.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as name, company, email address, phone number, service interests, sample details, timelines, and message content. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, scope testing work, prepare quotes, coordinate samples, and keep records related to the request.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page usage, referral sources, and lead-generation events. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers, including cookies such as _ga, to distinguish visitors and sessions. Analytics helps us maintain and improve the public website.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may evaluate browser and request signals and communicates with Cloudflare as part of the spam check.
Hosting and operational logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting, security, and network systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser, device, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps for operation, security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
How we share information
We do not sell contact-form submissions. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, store contact requests, send email, prevent spam, host the site, or analyze site performance. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect ARE Labs, or to respond to a lawful request.
